Advanced Classes
Class Set Bonuses
Descent of the Fearless
Increased drop rate from Onderon/Mek'sha daily missions.
(2) +2% Mastery
(4) Whenever you gain or use a Furious Power ability charge while in combat, your damage is increased by 10% for 10 seconds.
(6) Dealing damage has a 10% chance to build a Furious Power ability charge. Can only occur once every 5 seconds.
Comments: BIS for all Sith Warrior DPS disciplines due to the consistent +10% overall damage increase and the incremental +25% damage buff for one ability each time the ability is used.
Force Bound
Crafted by Synthweaving.
(2) +2% Accuracy Rating.
(4) Enemies affected by Intimidating Roar have their Force and Tech accuracy reduced by 70% for 6 seconds after Intimidating Roar wears off.
Comments: Force Bound is a really great set bonus for PVP due to the powerful debuff. It is not useful in PVE however.
Nimble Master
Increased drop rate from PVP.
(2) +2% Alacrity rating.
(4) Activating Saber Ward grants Nimble Master, increasing your movement speed 100% for the duration of Saber Ward.
Comments: An interesting tactical to provide another movement speed boost but the class already has numerous movement ability options and so benefits more from set bonuses that provide DPS or mitigation benefits.
Perfect Form
Increased drop rate from PVP.
(2) +2% Mastery.
(4) Vicious Slash and Massacre deal 5% more damage.
(6) Vicious Slash, Massacre, and Sweeping Slash add Vicious Thirst stacks to their targets, stacking up to 5 times. Killing an enemy with Vicious Thirst stacks increases your damage by 3% per stack for 10 seconds.
Comments: Potentially a BIS set for PVP where over the course of attacking and killing an enemy player you can receive at +15% damage boost for 10 seconds, enabling you to roll from enemy to enemy more easily.
The Undying
Increased drop rate from Conquest.
(2) +2% Endurance.
(4) After executing Mad Dash, you gain 20% damage reduction for 6 seconds.
Comments: Undying can be a viable set bonus for tanks due to its damage mitigation buff. I am not personally a huge fan of the set bonus since using Mad Dash is not always convenient or safe and part of the mitigation is wasted during Mad Dash's brief immunity after activation. However, Juggernaut tanks lack any really strong mitigation set bonuses so Undying is one among many that are viable and may be preferred depending on playstyle.
Tormented
Increased drop rate from PVP.
(2) +2% Power.
(4) After Force Choke's stun effect finishes, it slows its target and every target nearby it for 6 seconds.
Comments: An interesting PVP set bonus but again difficult to justify taking due to its highly situational use.
